Oly crap.. what a poster child for... well, nevermind.

Soooo many things wrong with that - texting while driving, wearing sandals, hands off the bars, driving with knees (although it goes to show how body english determines bike tracking), did I mention distracted driving? The only protective gear he has is probably required by law, and it doesn't even look like his lid fits right. I'd like to hear his excuse for why he hit the cage in front of him...."Oh, I didn't see it". Gives bikers a bad name and surely doesn't help our fight against distracted cage driving.

It looks like the reason his helmet doesn't fit is because he lifted it a little to be able to stick his cell phone to his ear. Looks like we found another candidate for the Darwin Awards.

My question would be, "WHY does he do that"?

    Sheperdess-

I like the signature at the bottom of your page, but in the case of the idiot in the video, his signature should read...

Four wheels move the body, two wheels move the soul, and a leaning body steers the bike.

If this guy were to ever join our forum, I think I have the perfect user name for him -
SPLAT. Because if he keeps it up, that's what he's going be someday. (Let's hope not.)

I take it some of you guys commenting on the driving have never driven in any Asian countries? I have only driven in Southwest Asia, but it is pretty much a free-for-all out there.

In the 80's I would have to say Phillipines, japan and Korea same story, LOL

I got passed by a guy on his ultra classic on way to sturgis. I was on the interstate heading for the black hills in S. Dak. and doing 75 mph. The guy came by me doing over 80, cruise on and no hands. At least he was sitting upright paying attention, and ready to grab the bars. Scared the crap out of me. But just by looking at him I wasnt going to run him down and argue either.
