I mean of the strips on your bags. I've been thinking about doing that... but not sure how it would look.
I have a pair of ShowChrome running lights attached to the engine guards.
I was going to go with the Walmart lights again this time (my previous bike had them), but really liked these.

Hi B&B
Do you have a link to the 6" flexi led strip lights?
Sounds good.
No pic yet but planning on taking one, there is a pic on the forum that a guy did and mounted then on the fender. When I take a pic I will send

Thank you blues. Let me know which one you like (they're numbered within the gallery)... there are several similar shots and several b&w versions. If we're talking about the same picture(s), it is part of the Landscapes collection in the Portland, Oregon gallery.
I can send you a small/medium size copy to work with, or sell you a larger version so you can work on, print and hang if you like. As I'm sure you understand, I wouldn't appreciate you sharing or selling it.
I would also be curious to see your end results.
Regards,
I have 2000 vstar 1100 custom. I bought these at walmart and like the looks but they are really interfering with my windshield. I would need to cut a knotch of 3 inches out of my windshield. Also the blinker clamp is totally compressed, not sure the bolt would work even if windshield was cut out.
are there any p clamps that slip over the turn signal bar, i saw some for the forks for about $ 30-40 . 00
anyone else have this issue?
I still want to try to make it work, but dont want to cutout my windshield or damage the blinker clamp. I may look around for some alternate clamps to mount on blinker bar and offset in front of windshield or add to forks, what do you think the possibilities are?? where can i buy special mounting clamps that dont cost more than regular running lights
i always appreciate you input
I like the looks of the lights also
Check out JC Whitney online for mounting clamps - search for mounting clamps, light clamps, etc... They have I think several nice chrome ones, running from about $7 to under $20. I've gotten some from them in the past.

Be aware that these chromies are for a 19mm bar.... 3/4"
hang them upside down from under the bar and you will have clearance
I used these headlight brackets from JC Whitney to mount my Show Chrome bullet lights on the engine guards:

The chrome tape is a good idea but cannot find any 1" online.
I guess this would be ok amazon.com/dp/B00029XBJ6/ref=asc_df_B00029XBJ61145520?tag=the004-20&creative=380333&creativeASIN=B00029XBJ6&linkCode=asn
What do you think? $5 + $20 postage. LoL 60" to get 2"!
You guys don't know how lucky you are with everything just down the road & easy to find.......
No accessory shops here, if the supermarket doesn't sell it , we're stuffed!
That will work just cut a 1/2" wide strip and wrap it around the seam. I had to buy the wide one as well.
This is why I had to mount the lights under the turn signals. Still works great!

Yes, under the turn signal on my previous bike is how I installed them... it's a little hard to see here, but the wally lights are under the turn signal bar.
