Has anyone had any experience with the "Original" seat from Pacific Coast Star? They seem to have a great price, but are they good?

Well, I've found plenty about seats but very little about passenger back rests. I just picked up a 2002 classic and the wife complains about her backrest being too short. She just got off a Cavalcade with armrests and a tall back. Does anyone have any suggestions on finding a wider and softer rear seat and more importantly, a much taller rear backrest?
