OK as many of you know I am currently overseas. Well I have a question I need answered. I recently purchased a set of Willie and Max saddlebags but my wife would like a set of passenger footboards. I am looking at the Kuryakyn passenger set. Does anyone have a photo or some knowledge about whether the two will fit together or will the footboards extend too far back for the bags to sit right? Any info would help out. Peace
I am not sure about the Kuryakyn boards. With the O.E.M. passenger boards, the brackets can be flipped over to allow the boards to sit forward or back, your choice. I have Star slant bags, and mine will fit either way. I have them mounted in the "back" position. When they are mounted in the "forward" position, they interfere with the battery and tool compartment access. They fit, but They make the covers difficult to remove. I hope all is going well for you.
