My Brother and friend C had a limb fall off of a tree right in front of him the other day and he had to drop his bike. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. 2 of our friends were in a car behind him and saw the entire thing. It sounds as if he is expected to recover completly although he is in alot of pain.

Just had a new rider killed by a twice-convicted DWI driver. Guy had just buried his Marine son in OK, killed after only two months in Afganistan. The Patriot Guard attended the funeral and so impressed the father that he went out and bought a Raider to join them . Three days later he was hit from behind (damage didn't look that bad, but this guy was in his 60s or so and I don't know how far and hard he was thrown. The DWI 'suspect', who'd had two convictions for DWI already was initially charged with intoxication manslaughter, but is now charged with murder. Hope she gets put away for a long time! She never should have been in possession of car keys! The local MAAD chapter helped get the charges upped.
