    well i have my hard krome equailzer staggered straights pipes and jet kit on the way im wondering if i need to change my air filter right now or can i wait?
    done spent a pretty penny on the exhaust already

    are you talking about just replacing the air filter?? or a new air kit all together, if it's just the filter I'd replace it. if you talking all new air kit you'll have to re-jet if you do that. more air, more gas bigger jet.

    yea i ordered the rejet kit with the pipes whats a good air kit? or if i just replace the filter thought about a k&n

    The K&N Filter is a good one - there are others as well. Most air kits (that I've seen) come with specific jets and needles. Your jet kit is a bit redundant, in that case. You can buy "pod" air filters and do your own "air kit", but you may still have to go with larger jets than the ones in the jet kit you bought. If you do some digging, you will find others who have done just that. They can probably get you pointed in the right direction.

    Well i got the pipes put on today what a pain in the rear to do.but i have to say love the way it sounds and looks now although it was an all day job

    Looks great! Those pipes sound great also. I like the color of your bike,I don't think I've seen that color yet. Good job.

    how much difference could you tell with the k&n air filter?

    Dang, Good Lookin Bike. I like the color and the pipes. Iam not an authority on Jets or airkits. Let us just say that the pipes along with a more open filter system and proper rejetting will gain you as much as 20 or so more HP than stock.Just my 2 cents.,L.B.
