Fender Eliminator??

Does anyone have an idea where I could find a Fender eliminator for a 06 custom? I really want to get rid of the turn signals that hang way out there... I would like to find a nice tail/brake light with integrated turn signals but I'm not having any luck. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Here is what i did with mine but I dont have the tail light that shown above but it may be one of the next few things I do if i dont do a full wrap finder
