Where is the best place to buy engine guards, sissy bars, etc.

I got my engine guards at Phat Performance. They also have good prices on sissy bars and other things.

We are in FL also, and I think sometimes it depends on where you are.

if you are near daytona at all, J&P Cycles is a good one to visit, they offer a discount program if you buy their membership and have a good bit of product instock.

If you don't want to wait for it to ship and want to have it in your hands to install when you get home then hit them up, if not just order online.

I have ordered tons of stuff from cruisercustomizing and meancycles also both located in FL

Several members have had good dealings with BigNumber1. Just call Heather and let her know that you are a member on this forum. You can also PM her forum account bignumber1, but she doesn't check it as often.

most of my accessories came from eBay

My engine guard is made by Baron and I purchased it from I also picked up some rubber pads in Home Depot and cut them to size and super glued them to the bar tops as foot rests. Works out great for me.

Most of the other accessories I purchased off of eBay. If you're a careful shopper comparing prices outside of eBay you'll see when the seller has a good deal. An example are my saddle bags and mounts. The bags go for $799 at my dealer and the mounts another $150. I got the mounts new for $97 shipped and the bags new for $299 shipped. They are Yamaha Silverado bags and what a deal.

Bought most of accessories for my v star 650 off ebay. I have another good site -

A riding buddy told me about the website. Good prices and fair shipping fees too

I purchased my crash bars, sissy bar, luggage rack and floorboards from MC Enterprises. My husband who is a perfectionist was extremely impressed by how the items were made and how well they fit. In his experience many such items require tweaking to make them work; not so with MC's products. They are helpful, friendly and their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them.
